There's a general complaint from the Media that Women should be allowed to run their Soccer and other sports alone. The influence of men is undesirable. Is  that possible to allow women to run their  sport. Can women coaches, respect their leaders? Why is this happening? The women undermine themselves from early age. I have asked the media,how to improve women soccer. There is a need  of increased investment in Women Soccer which can be promoted at school level although  the other society organisations should be involved. We must take these steps: -Have qualified  coaches. -More exposure in Media. -Provide lucrative benefits like full time. -Living wages. FIFA have a Global Strategy wants to develop top level players. Policies of Administration must be the same with Men.

Let's compare the Men's Football and Women Football. 1.Finance: Sponsors believe more in Men's Football and moreover the best names are signed and the Spectator like  that,they fill the stadium hence better salaries for the players unlike the Women Players. 2.Tactics: Most of Women goals are scored at the  18 Area.Men could score outside the 18 Area.The head trick, trapping and scoring in clustered 18 Area.The Passing is very fast. The Women Soccer is improving on that  department. 3.Experience Our women football players have lesser experience than Men's Soccer.The Women Spectators are gaining the momentum.The  media has played a vital role and the Video  Streaming have promoted it. 4.Women Soccer Managers They are few.As the number of Women Soccer Clubs increase then Women Soccer Managers will be needed.The Soccer Federations  and the government should be visionary. 5.Team Selection A Women League can be successful when there are more than 10-20 from diffe...

Probably by now you have seen the Women Soccer teams from your Media.How do you rate the 2023 World Women Soccer Tournament? To answer that question,we should look at the countries  participating in this Tournament. The Social status of Women in those countries represent and characterize the Right of the Women themselves.Remember the best players were selected to represent the Country.My worry is who selected them what experience did he/she have.Did the government had a final say or the Federation had some influence instead of Couching Management.
