Learning from the Tactics of Coaching

Perhaps you are not the Soccer Coach or you don't watch soccer oftenly.I'm a Person who likes to learn spheres of Life be Golf,Tennis,  Swimming briefly including machinery functioning.Thats why I brought this topic Learning from the Tactics of Coaching.There are Primary aims and Secondary aims.  

Primary Aims
A.Fitness (How fit to carry your programs?
B.How long can your players go?  
(How long can your programs can go)
C.How fast can your players  can run
(How sooner can your Programs can resume)
D.How healthy are your players ( How alive are your programs)

A.Fitness
The following may help you to see the fitness  of your players.
Your Players are human beings and they need  a stamina.If they want a stamina then they have to build it through:
1.Frog Jump (Wake up your Programs)
2.High jump (Aim to reach high achievement.
3.Long Jump (Move with long stretch and strides with your Programs
B.How long can your Players can go?
The normal sports ground is  15,800 metre  square then ÷ by 90 minutes = 175.5 ÷11 = 15.9 
Share per Player.The other team may squeeze the speed and the time of the other team.Can you relate to yourself?. Briefly understand these concepts:
1.Where do you operate?
2.How much time can you utilize?
C.How fast can your players can go?
Your Players need a stamina.They can   round off the sports ground for an hour.  Those who are tired should be set aside.
Within an hour,you shall be able to the  strength and the stretch of  your Players.At this time you shall know which programs can work for you.
D.How healthy are your Players?
Food is the most important contribution.    They need to be taught about the healthy food.How "healthy"are your Programs?
